Prima

So, I know it looks like I speak Latin. I don't. There, that's out of the way.

I am adding my voice and perspective to the growing crowd of discontents, revolutionaries, libertarians, anarchists and grey-marketeers who oppose the coercive monopoly that is the State. I am a lover of history, so many of my posts will be about historical revisionism and the origin of the State, but I will touch on all aspects of human flourishing and hope to bring a fresh angle to the conversation.

I owe a great debt of gratitude to Roderick Long, Professor of Philosophy at Auburn University, for the depth and breadth of his scholarly output on free society, history, philosophy and social justice. You will see many references to papers, essays and lectures by Professor Long and his colleagues from the Center for a Stateless Society and other Left-Libertarian organizations, but I hope to offer more than just a list of interesting links!

Thanks for the read, and I look forward to a future of more freedom, flourishing and truth!

Servos ad pileum vocare!

  1. Hey Scott, looking forward to your posts. We moved to Vashon island in WA. Loving it. Found a house with a good music room and room for the gym...as well as guests! If you ever make it to seattle come see us. Steven
